Specialist according Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz)

Operators of installations for handling water-hazardous materials must meet specific requirements.

Thus, in order to ensure proper execution and the consequent protection of our environment, certain activities may be tasked solely to qualified specialist companies (installers), such as for example the construction, maintenance and cleaning of such installations.

In accordance with the Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz, WHG), activities such as the setting up and/or installation, maintenance, repair and cleaning of equipment for handling water-hazardous liquids may be carried out only by qualified specialist companies. It is a prerequisite that the company is in possession of the necessary qualifications, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Water Resources Act. These requirements include the drawing up of a monitoring contract and the periodic inspection of our company. These inspections check whether the company has the necessary instruments and equipment to carry out its activities.
